GiddyUp Cowgirl!!
Motherhood and guilt go hand in hand-- still feel guilty that we never found a way to fulfill Jennah's dream of owning a horse-- --even though we had dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, degus, rabbits, chinchilla, and hordes of plastic horses--- Often wonder how or if things would have been different for her---but then I look at Billy and Oedipus(her pets originally) and think,,, hmm,,, I could never have taken care of a horse!!
Couldn't resist buying this at the online yardsale for Lexy-- who loves it--but now she wants to have a REAL horse,,, and the guilt continues!!

Oh my gosh, Susan... Please don't feel guilty. You were much nicer than we were. We didn't even get the kids a dog. We just dogsat for all of our friends and let the kids take care of the dogs... especially the walking them when it's freezing cold part.
Aww that's so cute!
I'm sure jennah now feels it too... :-)
btw, Nan, sent you mail.
love me
You feel guilty cause your kids never had a horse????
Hey, that's not real guilt. Nobody's kids have horses...hehehehehe.
There are worse things to feel guilty about.
I'm sure Dad doesn't feel guilty cause I never got a pedal car!
I really wanted a pedal car..never got one.
Ever.
Now, that's real guilt...you don't have to feed a pedal car.
hehehehehehehe.
And, by the way, what are degus?
Love, Sis.
But she REALLY loved horses--- but maybe it IS time to end this cycle of horseless guilt!!! :)
Kay--that WOULD curb their enthusiasm for dogs!!
Marsha--Degus are little jumping rodents-- google them--- they're not all that friendly either---
Aunt Sue, ,she doesn't need a horse, even if she likes them, trust me she don't need one to be happy. Taht little girl is so loved as it is, she will get by just fine without a horse just like Jennah did.
I still can't believe how much she looks like her mother.
