Nan, this is a beautiful, startling picture.
I got a shock when I saw it... because the little boy is just like how I saw him in my head.
wow.
Just as I was shocked when I read your story--- you "pictured" him perfectly, as if you know him, and he you !!!!!
I don't know what to say. That little guy has a little guy now, and that little girl has a little girl now.
It's just too amazing.
