He Sees!!
I know I've posted this before, but with the B&W effect, Frank actually saw Chris, quite clearly, He's still crying, but I think it's one of those butterflies!!!

I am glad that Uncle Frank could finally see Chris...when mom had showed it to me the first time I picked him out right away and all she said was to look near Elmo...
